The challenge
Samurai Productions was tasked with coordinating a complex filming project for the UK government, commissioned by RSA Ridley Scott's Samurai Productions. The project required filming a UK government official traveling, under the meticulous direction of Adrian Moat, a renowned UK director known for his unique style and attention to detail. The shoot necessitated Victorian-style props, which had to be sourced internationally. Additionally, the filming location on a high sand dune in Qatar presented significant logistical challenges, including harsh weather conditions and the need to transport all personnel and equipment to the remote location.

The production crew utilized cultural experts to source the Victorian props from various countries and ship them to the UK, ensuring all of Adrian Moat's requirements were met. Comprehensive planning and coordination were essential to navigate the logistical complexities of filming in Qatar's difficult environment. The Samurai crew, with their experience and resourcefulness, managed to arrange the transportation and setup of all necessary personnel and equipment, overcoming the adverse weather conditions.
