The challenge
Samurai Productions faced a demanding task of promoting golf tourism in Morocco by covering 20 stunning golf courses across 10 cities, all within a tight timeframe of three days. The project required meticulous coordination to manage an international team flying from the UK to Morocco, and then traveling within the country. Additionally, scheduling had to align with the availability of renowned presenter Immy Barclay, who was concurrently engaged with Formula 1 filming. The project also demanded an extensive ground crew to support the shoot and deliver high-quality content.
What we did
Leveraging its extensive experience and global network, Samurai Productions efficiently organized the project. The team ensured smooth logistics for the international crew's travel and stay. Detailed planning was crucial to cover the golf courses and local landmarks within the limited timeframe. Constant communication and coordination were maintained with Immy Barclay to fit the shoot around her busy schedule. A robust support crew on the ground facilitated the smooth execution of the shoot across the various locations.
The result
Samurai Productions successfully created around 170 deliverables in seven languages, showcasing Morocco's premier golf courses and local attractions. The post-production team worked intensively for nearly four months, editing the content to perfection. The final output was a visually stunning promotion that highlighted the beauty and golfing opportunities in Morocco, delivered with exceptional quality.
