The challenge
Samurai Productions faced significant time constraints and complex coordination on this project. Filming was set on the QA380 airside at Hamad International Airport, requiring Samurai to handle crew, equipment, permits, production design, and visas. The QA380 aircraft was available on the tarmac for only four hours between flights, and moving an 80-person crew through security was time-consuming, necessitating precise coordination.

Samurai Productions leveraged its network and expertise in TV commercial production to overcome logistical hurdles. Utilizing relationships with Qatar Airways and a decade of experience in Qatar, the team mobilized quickly to meet the project's demands. Seamless coordination with the QA team and meticulous planning ensured all resources were in place, allowing efficient filming within the tight timeline.
The result
Samurai Productions delivered a TV commercial that exceeded expectations, on time and within budget. The TVC captured the essence of Qatar Airways' 25th anniversary and highlighted the airline's commitment to excellence and innovation, showcasing Samurai's ability to deliver exceptional results under demanding circumstances.
