The challenge
Samurai Productions had the opportunity to collaborate with RSA's acclaimed director Sean Ellis on a high-profile TV commercial for two major clients: QNB and Aspire Sports Academy. The project featured football legend Raul Gonzalez and required filming across two diverse locations: Qatar and South Africa. The primary challenge was to authentically capture the unique essence and visual aesthetics of each country while working within tight schedules and maintaining high production standards.
What we did
To address the challenge, Samurai Productions embraced Sean Ellis's artistic vision by combining state-of-the-art equipment with vintage cameras and lenses. This blend of modern and classic technology aimed to create a visually stunning and authentic portrayal of both Qatar and South Africa.
