The challenge
Al Jazeera's travel series in the Carpathian Mountains, including the Transfăgărășan road and Bâlea Lake, which are open only part of the year.
What we did
We scheduled the shoot around the mountain road's short season and the weather, and filmed the route, the lake and Romania's folk traditions with the presenter.
